USA based client was in search of a trusted partner who can help them build their mobile product. They tried a couple of teams before us, the client was a senior software architect and heavily involved in coding as well. The product idea was to build a caregiving application for parents / relatives and needs native application development on smart devices.
Initially, two mobile application developers began working with the client, one for Android and one for iOS.
Qavi asked the client to assign tasks to the resources. It became clear that the client was highly technical and well-versed in architectural challenges. Since the client managed the project independently, there was no need for Qavi to introduce a project management role.
