One of our North American clients wanted to migrate its event management product to AWS. He was looking for an experienced agency who can take care of product technical challenges, there is a lot of revamp as expected.
Since he trusts us due to prior engagements he had with us. He handed over the project and asked for our opinion and timeline. The product was written back in 1995 and heavily Microsoft dependent, the tech stack was outdated and resources of such tech stacks are elusive.
A lot of revamp was required along with its architecture change. We were moving from monolithic to micro services architecture.
