Manaty Corporation was in search of senior Java developers to support their enterprise applications. During our initial interaction, the CEO clearly stated, “I need two senior Java resources and a solid team to handle enterprise applications.” We agreed to provide the required expertise.
Since this was a staff augmentation project, we assessed the client’s technology stack, which was based on an open-source, low-code/no-code platform. Understanding the client’s preference for senior resources, we reviewed their open-source repository and gathered feedback from our team. This helped us select developers who were both skilled in Java and comfortable with the platform.
Initially, we deployed two senior Java developers to the project. The client, being highly technical, personally evaluated their performance. After several iterations, he gained confidence in our team’s capabilities and continued working with them for the next three years.
