Requirement Gathering/App discovery
This is the most Important step in the development process. In this step just let your heart out. We will listen to you, ask you questions, provide you suggestions and possible options and will try to understand what you need. Believe me it will be interesting!
Documenting the Final Requirements/ Sign off
Once we have understood your requirements, we will document those. You will review the document. There will be a cycle of feedback and changes until you approve of the requirement document. Now we have got everything you need onto a document.
Cost And Time Estimation
Once we have the document approved we will estimate the time and cost of the project. We will provide you a detailed breakdown of the estimates so that you can understand what you are being charged for.
Mockups Design
Once you approve the cost and time estimates, the application design phase starts. Our designers will closely work with you guys to create a design to your liking. We will provide you an interactive prototype of the application and now you can feel what is going to be created.
Software Architecture Design
Depends on the size of the application, designing the application architecture and structure. Dividing the application into modules and/or micro services. Basic flow of the data in the application, the scalability / reliability and security of the application depends on its architecture. Don’t worry we are good at this!
Planning / Team Building
Once we have the basic design, architecture and estimation in place then we allocate the team to your project according to the complexity and the tech stack to be used.
Development
The real game starts. The developers start doing their magic and the application starts to come to life.
Quality Assurance
The QA is part of the team from the very beginning. They have the complete business knowledge and they test for all the possible scenarios that can come up so that they catch the bugs before the end user and you get the best quality.
UAT Testing
You are the player in this step. Test your heart out. Until you are not satisfied we are not done.
Change Request

One big release. This is best for a 1st time going live, or major system revamps. You release when everything is ready.
