About the job:
- Provide and share a broad knowledge of technologies and architectures and function as a mentor within the scope of your product stream and with the rest of the Packs;
- Collaborate with other Leads and Seniors, and together ensure that we always deliver software of the highest standards;
- Promote company wide coding standards, guidelines and best practices;
- Demonstrate technical leadership and mentorship by setting challenging but realistic goals and guiding the team efforts towards successful project delivery;
- Monitor the performance of team members. Identify and encourage areas for growth and personal development;
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
- Create an optimal working environment and methodologies for the assigned product vertical team.
- Shaping strong cross-functional packs in line with business needs;
- Collaborating closely with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM and Strategy to deliver the highest quality products;
- Hiring A-players to build High Performing Teams, constantly raising the bar of engineering talent;
- Owning our business KPIs as a conduit to our Product team and business functions;
Requirements:
- Proven experience (6+ years) in fullstack development with backend expertise.
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React (must), Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., NodeJS, PHP).
- In-depth understanding of database management and system architecture.
- Experience with CMS platforms and their integration.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
