Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and user experience of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring our vision to life and create products that delight our users. A strong marketing background and excellent client relationship skills are essential, as is a keen interest in exporting software solutions globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative design culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the design process and outcomes.
- Leverage your marketing background to align design strategies with business objectives and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in exporting software solutions, understanding global market requirements and adapting designs accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proven experience leading design projects and managing design teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and an ability to integrate marketing strategies into design projects.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
